The Balance Centre was opened in order to promote a more public face for the help that is available.
Here we are a full time professional centre opened to actively promote good everyday emotional health and wellbeing in a more visable setting accessible to everyone.
To strive to breakdown the outdated views, still held by some, regarding our emotional health,
as well as acknowledging the effects our emotions can also have on our physical health.
Balance is situated within its own self contained suite and has its own private entrance and has been
especially designed to provide a calm and relaxed atmosphere, incorporating modern facilities.
We are situated close to the town centre as well as being close to bus routes both local
and out of town.
There are plenty of car parks right on our doorstep.
HOW TO FIND THE CENTRE
Our private entrance is easy to find, simply look for Barker and Stonehouse on Victoria Road,
to the side of their car park is a short road leading right to our door.
