HYPNOTHERAPY
There is no mystery or mystique about hypnosis or hypnotherapy.
It is a proven form of treatment for making important
positive changes in ourselves.
Hypnotherapy has in fact been around for a very long time,
long before we discovered medication and what appeared to be it's instant results.
We now know that medication plays a very important role for some but
it does not address the root cause of the problems themselves.
All sessions are individually tailored to precisely suit each
clients personal requirements.
Hypnotherapy is a solution based therapy that I combine
with my counselling skills and CBT, ie changing our way of thinking and therefore
the way we see and tackle our problems.
Everything is fully confidential.
So the important question is:
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a state of totally focused relaxation
that is used to introduce positive suggestions aimed at changing the way
we think and react and feel to out problems and fears.
It is a state that resembles daydreaming
While in a state of hypnosis we are readier to positive suggestions
relating to how we feel, behave and think.
Rest assured, you cannot be made to do anything that you
would not ordinarily do.
